1-2 years warranty period of Yealink Products purchased as brand-new, unused product by the initial purchaser starts from the date of purchase. The sales receipt showing the date of purchase is the proof of purchase. If the proof of purchase can’t be presented to verify the warranty, the manufacturing date (refer to the serial number on the product) applies as the start of the warranty period. Yealink' sole obligation under this Limited Warranty ceases upon the expiration of the Warranty Period.
The Yealink VCM38 is an elegant ceiling microphone that easily mounts on the ceiling of your meeting room to deliver a clear, smooth audio experience during phone and video conference calls. With 8 built-in microphones for 360° voice pickup, the microphone delivers excellent speech intelligibility with high-quality echo cancellation and Yealink noise-proof technology. Beamforming technology coupled with VAD (Voice Activity Detection) ensure that the VCM38 automatically locates and optimize voice pick up for the person speaking.
A single VCM38 unit can cover 430 ft². For oversized meeting rooms, up to eight units can be used together in one system. The microphone supports PoE, which enables simple and easy deployment. You have the option to discreetly flush mount the microphone on the ceiling or tie it into the design of the room using the included telescopic rod (adjustable between 12 and 23.5")
