Description

The BK22 is a touchscreen keypad with a built-in VLink hub for wireless sensors. In addition to arming and disarming, keypad users can view live camera feeds and see the status of their sensors. The keypad also supports two-way audio, giving SOC teams a direct line of communication with people on site during an emergency. The BK22 connects to the BP32 or BP52 alarm panel via RS485 or LAN, making it easy to reuse existing keypad wiring or deploy with an ethernet drop.

Like other Verkada products, the BK22 is cloud-managed and natively integrates with other devices in the Verkada ecosystem. Through the Command web or mobile app, users can monitor arm/disarm activity at any site, including video clips from a paired camera, and manage user-specific key codes. Organizations additionally benefit from alerts for offline devices, 24/7 support, and automatic firmware updates, ensuring their device is always operational and improving over time.
