Enjoy smooth 8K video streaming, online gaming, and video calling experiences by connecting the Netgear Nighthawk A9000 BE6500 Wi-Fi 7 USB Adapter to your computer's compatible USB-A 3.1 Gen 1 port. This compact adapter supports the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard, which allows you to transfer up to 6.5 Gb/s over the 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz bands with most brands of compatible network routers.
You can connect the antenna directly to your system or through the included cradle, and the antenna flips open so that you can position it for an optimal signal. MU-MIMO, OFDMA, and beamforming technologies help to ensure efficient and reliable connections. Your wireless connection is protected by WPA3 encryption. It is also backward compatible with previous Wi-Fi and USB standards. Windows 11 is required to take advantage of all Wi-Fi 7 features.
